Mindful Movement 7 am Daily

FREE! ($2-$10 love offerings accepted- open to favor-exchange)

Morning Pages - 7:30 am Daily

FREE! ($2-$10 love offerings accepted- open to favor-exchange)

Bring a journal and commit to writing down stream of conscious, gratitude, doodling, listing, shadow work, etc. for 30 minutes. A fantastic tool for ADHD or neurodiverse humans to create a ‘second brain’ that you can reference later in the day. Use less working memory and gain space for problem solving. Writing templates/prompts will be available to use if you’re not sure how to start writing. Writings are not shared.

Move your body, your way gently to wake up your nervous system to start the day. You can follow along with Hali to stretch or do your own thing like walk around the park or through The Forest Path. A perfect time to practice square breathing and ease into the day. Low light/ stimulation. Please keep talking to a minimum and a low volume.

Bring your own Yoga Mat and wear comfy clothes

Meditation - 8 am Daily

FREE! ($2-$10 love offerings accepted- open to favor-exchange)

A safe, calm, and quiet space to practice becoming more aware of the thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the present moment. Meditation is a great way to practice noticing when you are thinking of other people, places, things, and events in the past or the future. Where your attention goes, your energy flows--let’s bring the attention back to you and your present experience. The more you practice being present when you’re calm and safe, the better prepared you will be to respond calmly, creatively, and confidently to stressful situations in the day ahead of you.
